            Delegate Ellington moves to amend the bill

            “On page 4, line 30, by removing “promulgate emergency rules and propose for legislative promulgation legislative rules, pursuant to article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, setting forth” and inserting in lieu thereof, “ prescribe policies in accordance with the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program,”;

            And,

            On page 4, line 37 by removing the word, “rules” and inserting in lieu thereof the word, “policies”;

            And,

            On page 4, line 43, by removing the words, “also promulgate legislative rules” and inserting the words, “ by policies”;

            And,

            On page 6, line 80, by removing the word, “on” and inserting the word, “by”;

            And,

            On page 6, line 80, by removing the sentence, “Copies of that report shall also be furnished to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House.”.
